At the Houston Texans Youth Football Camps, top
Houston-area high school coaches will teach the
fundamentals of football in a program designed
for beginners and experienced players. Skills and Te x a n s
fundamentals that will be taught include offense take their

The flag football camp is open to

provided.

3. WAIVER AND RELEASE INFORMATION
I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration of your accepting this registration and permitting the Child to participate
in the Houston Texans & NFL Youth Football Camp (this event). The Child is a voluntary participant in this event and is in good physical condition. I
hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, death, property damage and any other harm which may occur during the Child’s participation in this event or
while on the premises of this event. I grant permission to the Event Parties (defined below) to provide the Child with emergency medical treatment
if needed. I (on the Child’s behalf and on behalf of the Child’s heirs, executors or administrators ) hereby (A) release Houston NFL Holdings, L.P.,
d/b/a the Houston Texans (the “Team”), any sponsor of the Team or other persons associated with the event, the NFL, Harris County, Harris County-
Houston Sports Authority, Harris County Sports & Convention Corporation, LMI-HHI, Ltd. (SMG-Reliant Park), and each of their respective affiliates,
owners, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Event Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, damages or
causes of action for personal injury or illness, property damage or other claims of any nature that the Child might suffer arising out of or in any way
connected with this event, including, without limitation, claims arising out of the Child’s participation in this event (the “Claims”), and (B) defend,
indemnify and hold harmless the Event Parties from and against any and all Claims which may be brought against them by anyone claiming to
have been injured or damaged as a result of the Child’s participation in this event, including Claims occasioned wholly or in part, by any act,
omission or negligence of an Event Party. I hereby grant permission to the Event Parties to use photographs, videotapes and other recordings
of the Child from this event. I certify that I am the Child’s parent or legal guardian and acknowledge that the authorizations, agreements and waivers
made herein apply to the Child and that I am signing to evidence the agreement of the Child.
