In February, hundreds of neonatal and perinatal clinicians will gather in Orlando, Florida, for two<br />
outstanding meetings - NEO: The <strong>Conference</strong> for <strong>Neo</strong>natology, one of the premier meetings in the<br />

The CQI Summits, held three times per year, are educational meetings where Pediatrix Medical Group physicians<br />
and advanced practitioners:<br />
• Are provided an introduction to CQI;<br />
• Receive education about best practices being utilized across the U.S. and how to replicate them;<br />
• Learn from and share with their colleagues; and<br />
• Earn CME/CNE credit.<br />
The February event, the first Summit of 2013, is the only one open to non-Pediatrix clinicians. In 2013, more than<br />
150 clinicians are expected to attend each of the three CQI Summits. In addition to keynote sessions, the Summits<br />
provide ample time for physicians to discuss CQI methodology and share projects and resources.<br />
Advanced Practitioner <strong>Conference</strong> (APC) – February 19, 2013<br />
The Advanced Practitioner <strong>Conference</strong> provides an outstanding opportunity for Pediatrix Medical Group advanced<br />
practitioners to join colleagues from across the country for networking, discussion and education about clinical<br />
and operational topics. Pediatrix advanced practitioners are a diverse group of providers that includes physician<br />

SPONSOR AND EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS<br />
NEO, SPECIALTY REVIEW, CQI & APC<br />
1. Application and contract:<br />
The application for space is subject to approval by the NEO Planning Committee, which reserves the right to, at<br />
its sole and absolute discretion, accept, reject or limit the exhibit or sponsorship opportunities requested by any<br />
organization. The application for space and the formal notice of assignment by the NEO Planning Committee<br />
constitutes a contract for the right to use the space allotted. In the event of fire, strikes, or other uncontrollable<br />
circumstances rendering the building unavailable for use, this contract shall not be binding.<br />
2. Payment and cancellation:<br />
This application will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment. Once an application and payment<br />
have been received, sponsors and exhibitors will receive a confirmation with additional information. Cancellations<br />
received on or before November 24, 2012 will be refunded less a $100 service fee. Cancellations received after<br />
November 24, 2012 will not receive a refund.<br />
3. <strong>Conference</strong> registration:<br />
Each individual sponsor and exhibitor must register for the conference. Companies that purchase exhibit booths<br />
will receive two complimentary exhibitor badges (show floor access only) for each 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.<br />
4. Liability and insurance:<br />
Sponsor/exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. and its agents from all<br />
liability which might ensue from any cause related to transporting, placing or removing exhibits. The sponsor/<br />
exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment<br />
and other property while on premises, and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Pediatrix<br />
Medical Group, Inc. or its affiliates arising from such loss, theft or damage. In addition, the sponsor/exhibitor<br />
agrees to defend (if requested), indemnify and hold harmless Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., and its respective<br />
parent, subsidiaries and other related or affiliate companies, from and against any liabilities, obligations, claims,<br />
damages, suits, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs, arising from or in<br />
connection with the sponsor/exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof or any<br />
negligent act, error or omission of the exhibitor or its employees, subcontractors or agents.<br />
5. List agreement:<br />
If the 2013 conference attendee list is provided as part of a sponsorship or exhibitor package, the sponsor/<br />
exhibitor agrees that they will not disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce or retain any portion of the list in any<br />
form, nor will they permit any third party, agent, employee or contractor to their respective agents and employees<br />
to do so. The sponsor/exhibitor agrees the attendee list provided to them shall only be used once unless<br />
specifically approved in writing by Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc.<br />
6. Ancillary functions:<br />
Sponsors/exhibitors must notify the NEO Planning Committee of any ancillary functions planned during the<br />
meeting, and these functions must be approved in advance by the Committee and may be subject to fees.<br />
