Lawler’s Model 310 ® thermostatic mixing valve
meets your specification for a small under-thecounter
master controller delivering safe, reliable
temperatures to single or multiple fixtures. Model
310 ® precisely controls outlet temperatures to within
±3°—with flow rates of .5 to 7 GPM or .5 to 12 GPM
at 45 psi (based on your choice of outlet piping size).

Lawler’s Model 410 ® thermostatic mixing valve meets
your specification for a small, under-the-counter master
controller supplying multiple electronic, sensor and
metering faucets. The Model 410 ® is the right choice
when you need precise temperature control to within ±3°
—and the right size for flow rates between 1 to 20 GPM
at 45 psi. Lawler’s Model 410 ® complies with ASSE 1017.

and 516 ® are economical solutions for delivering the ultimate
in safe, reliable temperatures at the point-of-use. Both valves can
be installed with or without cabinets, are resistant to tampering and
protect against scalding and chilling.

An ASSE 1017 and 1070 Solution for
Under-the-Counter Applications
Lawler Manufacturing’s Model 570 ® is
a technologically advanced valve that
gives specifiers the assurance of ASSE
1017 and 1070 approval, as well as
CSA B125.3 approval. It offers installers
easy installation and gives owners
an economical choice for controlling
temperatures at the point-of-use.
Lawler’s Model 570 ® offers a choice
of temperature settings from full cold
through 115°F and flow rates from .5
to 12 GPM. The valve’s protective cap
ensures resistance from tampering—
while the adjusting spindle gives facility
managers a simple method to set or
reset the desired outlet temperature.
Lawler’s Model 516 ®
An ASSE 1016, 1069, and 1070 Solution
for Under-the-Counter Applications

utilizes the latest in technology to
deliver safe, tempered water at the
point-of-use. The 516 ® is ASSE 1016,
1069 and 1070 approved as well as
CSA B125.3 approved. Like the Model
570 ® , Lawler’s 516 ® is easy to install,
economically priced, and offers a choice
of temperature settings from full cold
through 115°F. The valve’s flow rates are
from .5 GPM to 11 GPM. Lawler’s Model
516 ® includes a protective cap and
adjusting spindle that make set point
changes efficient for professionals and
limits tampering by others.

Lawler Model TMM-1070 ®
Thermostatic Mechanical Mixing Valve with
High Temperature Shut-off
Lawler’s Model TMM-1070 ® is a popular choice for
specifiers seeking a basic solution for mixing hot
and cold water at the point-of-use. Easily installed
under-the-counter, this patented mechanical mixing
valve serves individual hand lavs, electronic, sensor
and metering faucets. The TMM-1070 ® features a
high temperature shut-off with automatic reset should
the outlet temperature exceed 120°F. Integral rubber
duck-bill back-flow checks are included within inlets.
Temperature adjustments with the TMM-1070 ® are
as simple as turning a dial. Turning the dial clockwise
lowers the outlet temperature. Turning it counter
clockwise raises the temperature. For maximum
safety, the valve cannot be adjusted above its shut-off
temperature of 120ºF.

Lawler’s Model TMM-1000 ® is the right choice for
engineers seeking performance consistent with
ASSE 1016. Easily installed under-the-counter, this

lavs, electronic, sensor, and metering faucets. The
TMM-1000 ® is an economical solution with the
critical safety feature of a high temperature shut-off
that protects against scalding. This valve accurately
maintains outlet temperature consistent with the
requirements of ASSE 1016.
