EXP IMS<br />

Small hand-held, non-radioactive, trace explosive detec<strong>to</strong>r utilises IMS<br />

technology. It incorporates a remarkable integrated evidence collection<br />

that features time/date stamp, complete alarm data, pho<strong>to</strong>graph, GPS<br />

coordinates and system health. An added benefit is the fastest clear<br />

HazMatID 360 CWA • TIC • EXP • NARC FTIR<br />

With its remarkable accuracy <strong>to</strong> identify complex or contaminated<br />

mixtures of solid and/or liquid chemicals, the HazMatID can rapidly<br />

analyse threats found in the field in less than 2 minutes. Its wireless<br />

capability allows immediate data transmission back <strong>to</strong> the command<br />

This smart hand-held solid and liquid chemical identifier utilises<br />

Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) <strong>to</strong> determine the<br />

identity of unknown chemicals in solid and liquid forms. It performs<br />

analysis in 1 minute or less through its ATR diamond sensor and has<br />

long-range, embedded RF wireless transmission for the soldier in the<br />

hotzone who needs <strong>to</strong> communicate data back the command post. An<br />

The LCD 3.3 detects a range of chemical warfare agents (CWAs) and Toxic<br />

Industrial Chemicals (TICs) using our advanced, proven IMS technology.<br />

By adding different accessories, the LCD 3.3 can be transformed <strong>to</strong> suit<br />

various roles in theatre such as personal protection, vehicle integration<br />

Spectroscopy (FTIR) <strong>to</strong> identify over 5,500 gases within minutes. The<br />

Gas-ID is suitable for response teams who need <strong>to</strong> know what they are<br />

Rapid results in seconds, in just one hand. ACE-ID is a non-contact<br />

explosives identifier suitable for solids, liquids, gels and powders. These<br />

materials can be identified through translucent and semi-translucent<br />

containers such as plastic and glass and is ruggedized for use in<br />

severe climates. The ACE-ID would suit explosive ordinance disposal<br />

BioCheck 20/20 PROTEIN • PH DYES<br />

This highly sensitive powder screening kit indicates the presence of<br />

protein which is found in nearly all BWA microbes and bio-<strong>to</strong>xins. It acts<br />

quickly with the substance found giving a purple colour in the presence<br />

of protein. Used in conjunction with the HazMatID it rules out possible<br />

presence of BWAs in suspicious powder situations.<br />
