I am delighted to welcome<br />

our readers to the second<br />

edition of UHY Global, our<br />

twice-yearly publication<br />

for businesses with an<br />

international outlook. 2016<br />

is a significant year for UHY,<br />

marking our 30th anniversary.<br />

In this time, we have grown<br />

from two founding firms –<br />

in the US and the UK – to<br />

a network of independent<br />

member firms operating in<br />

over 320 business centres<br />

across nearly one hundred<br />

countries, serving clients<br />

locally, regionally and <strong>global</strong>ly.<br />

Through UHY Global we can<br />
