The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE)
is a Norwalk organization that seeks to promote and
increase awareness of the diversity of peoples from
around the world through arts and culture.
NICE INC, a non profit 501(c)3 organization, is committed to
supporting selected local charities and donated a portion of
the proceeds from the 2016 festival to three of these charities
on Thursday September 29, 2016.
