Bonnel Coils are hour glass shaped springs with knotts at top and bottom. These springs<br />
produce a very sturdy and durable Spring unit which offers tremendous support to the<br />
body. They have Unbeatable stability, strength and durability.<br />
Pocketed Springs are softer springs housed in individual nonwoven fabric pockets.<br />
These barrel shaped rows of springs are connected by central gluing on full automatic<br />
equipment. This barrel shape combined with the welding of each individual coil into its<br />
own fabric pocket allows them to work independently and profiling to the body‘s shape<br />
to prevent pressure points. Independent support means that there is little or no transfer<br />
of movement from one sleeping partner to another. Pocket springs are highly responsive<br />
to even the smallest changes in weight distribution, body shape and sleeping patterns,<br />
providing support where needed most without compromising on comfort.<br />
‘Mega Foam Technology’ also known as ‘the Green Foam Technology’ is an advanced<br />
German technology for manufacturing foam which employs environment friendly<br />
manufacturing methods keeping in line with international environment friendliness<br />
standards. This technology does not use any harm full chemicals like Methylene Chloride<br />
known as ‘blowing agents’ to manufacture foam. Methylene Chloride is an ozone<br />
depleting substance commonly used by mattress manufacturers to manufacture cheap<br />
foam.The foam manufactured by this process has an open cell structure. The open cell<br />
structure provides perfect air circulation
