Built in 1908, this magnificent manor with its anglo-norman façade
sits in the middle of its 7 hectare park surrounded on 3 sides by trees
and greenery and on the fourth by the river Adour running along the
south side of the property.
The current owner renovated the property in 2010 to bring it up to
modern standards.

• The Grande Salle, a bright and spacious area of 450m2 with
a modern interior, can receive up to 350 seated guests. The
space consists of 3 rooms which can be adapted to suit your
requirements. There are two terraces, one of which overlooks
the river Adour, the other smaller and more private.

There are also 11 chalets on the grounds which will each sleep 2-4

Wedding Rental – 3 000€ for the Grande Salle, 2 300€ for the Maison

You will have exclusive access to the property as only one event is
organised at a time.
The Domaine de Larbeou provides tables (round or rectangular),
and chairs
The accommodation (Maison de Maitre + 11 chalets) can be rented
for 1 860€ per night.

• Time restrictions (4am for wedding)
Availability
• The Maison de Maitre is available on Friday 8th September
2017 and the accommodation is also available on this date.
• The Grande Salle is available on Friday 15th September 2017
but without accommodation, or on Friday 13th October 2017
with accommodation.

In our review of this property we would like to draw your attention
to the following observations that you may wish to take into
consideration:
- The Domaine de Larbéou insists that service staff be present
until the end of the evening to serve the drinks
- The caterer will clear the tables, however you are asked to
fold the tables away and empty the dustbins
