11 books who designs landscape themes including the planting in
The Poison Garden at The Alnwick Garden. Recipient of the Herb Society
of America’s The Elizabeth Crisp Rea and The Gertrude B. Foster Awards
for Excellence in Herbal Literature, Caroline is Course Director for the
University of Cambridge’s International Summer Programmeme creating

Experience the space and serenity
of the Yorkshire Arboretum, a 120
acre garden of trees from around
the world. Then onto Vanbrugh’s
architectural masterpiece Castle
Howard set in the first example of
the English serpentine style.
Visit the grand estate of Harewood
to view an outstanding Capability
Brown landscape, restored Victorian
terraces and walled garden.
Discover internationally renowned
Yorkshire Sculpture Park, where
the undulating landscape provides
the perfect setting for contemporary
sculpture displays. Then onto
Wentworth Castle Gardens to
