Logo Branding: To brand <strong>Castelli</strong> products a set up charge per logo, per product is included within the cost of the product. The branding unit cost per item is also<br />
included in the price of the product. Branding digital proofs are free of charge at <strong>Castelli</strong>’s discretion.<br />
Artwork for Branding Dies: When supplying artwork for company branding logos a digital sharp black/white 1:1 is required. Free templates for branding guides<br />
are available from the <strong>Castelli</strong> Corporate website: www.castellicorporate.co.uk.<br />
Branding Position: If no position is stated we shall block where we consider it is to the best advantage at our absolute discretion. If a special position is required<br />
exact measurements must be supplied, if not, we cannot be held responsible. If no positional proof is required please state this on your purchase order and you<br />
must detail position required and reference official <strong>Castelli</strong> Logo Identification number.<br />
Change of Branding Logo: Where there is a change of logo within one order, we shall charge at the quantity price ordered per individual logo.<br />

Minimum Branding Quantities: An order for a stamped product that is fewer than the minimum indicated on the price list will be charged, at the lowest quantity<br />
price, plus a £33.75 per logo blocking (minimum order charge).<br />
No Branding Required - Plain Product Allowance: If no blocking is required please subtract the Additional Branding Option cost from the unit cost. If more than<br />
1,000 units are ordered please contact us for pricing. No allowance for orders less than the minimum shown. Plain product pricing for stock products only.<br />
Customer Supplied Items Items supplied by the customer to be used for or alongside a <strong>Castelli</strong> product<br />
Customer Supplied Branding Dies: We can use dies supplied, providing they are deep etched (minimum of 5mm). This is essential, particularly when<br />
blind embossing.<br />
Supplied dies will only be accepted if accompanied with Hi-res PDF’s and a positional guide. Please note that no positional guide or logo proof will be supplied.<br />

Customer Supplied Advertising Pages: Special matter/print supplied by customers will not be accepted.<br />
Customer Supplied Writing Instruments: Please do not supply any writing instrument to be inserted into our product pen loops without testing that they are<br />
suitable. If they are not deemed suitable by <strong>Castelli</strong> on receipt of the items, they will not be used. Returning unwanted writing instruments will be charged.<br />
Service Charges Information & charges regarding a wide range of facilities offered<br />
Sample Service: If you require samples, and are an approved trade customer of <strong>Castelli</strong>, you can request samples to be sent to you. Samples of dated stock<br />
products, including carriage, are sent at our complete discretion free of charge up to a set budgeted amount. Samples of our luxury items, including carriage, are<br />
liable to charges. For further information regarding this please contact <strong>Castelli</strong>. If a next day or special delivery service is requested it will be charged<br />
for accordingly.<br />
Sample orders, that are supplied free of charge, will be supplied at our absolute discretion and only within a customer’s set free budgetary allowance. On reaching<br />
the value of the free set limit subsequent sample orders will be automatically charged at the Trade list price less a 50% discount, with carriage charged in full, at<br />
our absolute discretion.<br />
Branded sales samples of diaries for a prospective customer’s logo, including carriage, are also free at our discretion up to a set budgeted amount. Limited to one<br />
product per customer’s logo. All dies and carriage charges are invoiced in full. After 1st August we may decline to process such requests conditional on production<br />
capacity. If it is possible to process such a request a set up charge of £33.75 will be invoiced.<br />
Admin Order Charge: If an order is changed after confirmation from <strong>Castelli</strong> an admin charge of £13.50 per order, per change will apply and a specification order<br />
change will be submitted. All order changes are to be supplied in writing and agreed in writing by <strong>Castelli</strong>.<br />
Gift Wrap Service: Gift wrap service includes items of your choice packed into a lidded card presentation box, with a white fabric ribbon, enclosed in a plastic<br />
sleeve. Quarto and pocket sizes only. For other specs please ask.<br />
Trade Customer Self-Advertising: Orders must be placed before 1st August. A discount of 25% off the list price will be allowed. Carriage plus the cost of a die, if<br />
required, will be charged at our absolute discretion.

Advertising Pages: There is a significant advantage in the supply of print ready artwork. Art that is supplied to our specification, that does not require a proof,<br />
will help your order to be processed in the most efficient manner. A complete ARTWORK spec is available from the <strong>Castelli</strong> Corporate website:<br />

Typesetting: We have a capable art studio, who if required, are able to design and set customers artwork. If we are required to design artwork we will charge at<br />
a rate of £33.75 per 30 minutes worked (minimum charge 30 minutes). As a Mac based company throughout we can accept most forms of electronic media, if<br />
supplying PC format please be aware there may be a cost incurred for reformatting. Charges may increase and are dependent on sight of files.<br />
Art Proofs: All art/typesetting created by <strong>Castelli</strong> will be proofed. This service is included within the overall artwork charge. If you require a contract cromalin<br />
colour proof these are available. POA.<br />
Order in Progress Important & relevant information concerning your order<br />
Order Quantity Over & Under Runs: Whilst every effort is made to supply the exact quantity of printed merchandise ordered, a 3-5% allowance must be made<br />
for over and under-runs, even if a customers order states that there are to be no quantity over or under runs. If an exact quantity of stock diaries is required add a<br />
surcharge of £47.25 for desk and £33.75 for pocket to allow for spoilage. It is impossible to produce an exact quantity for custom orders.<br />
Production Times: All orders will be acknowledged with the individual delivery date specified. Production time for stock diaries, journals and notebook products is<br />
usually a maximum of 10 working days for logo branding blocking and 15 days if the order requires personalisation or advertising page insertion (8pp advertising<br />
sections will take up to 20 days), unless otherwise specified. Plain stock will be dispatched within 48 hours.<br />
Production time for custom products varies depending on the size and complexity of the order and the time of year. Production, for any order placed with <strong>Castelli</strong>,<br />
begins once the receipt of complete order information and/or the approval of proofs. We shall do everything to meet agreed delivery dates but we will not be held<br />
responsible nor accept any liability should the date not be met. All production times can vary due to the seasonality of the business.<br />
Express Service (for off the shelf standard UK stock orders only): If you require an urgent, timed critical date delivery that is faster than our standard prompt<br />
lead times. <strong>Castelli</strong> may be able to accommodate this request, subject to production capacity and stock availability. This will be dependent on <strong>Castelli</strong> agreeing<br />
that any request is possible and the acceptance by you to the express processing charges. Typically a processing express charge will be an additional 10% of the<br />
order value depending on capacity, complexity of the order and the time available pre the delivery date. All other associated charges e.g express shipping charges<br />
will be invoiced in addition to the express processing charge. Processing express charges are a contribution toward additional hours worked, over and above our<br />
standard planned production times. Costs and timings will be advised and will require acceptance prior to any processes beginning.<br />
Delivery & Collections Information concerning the transportation of your order<br />
Delivery Address: Delivery addresses MUST be supplied with the order. If no delivery address is given <strong>Castelli</strong> will automatically ship the order to the<br />
invoice address without notification. If the recipient does not receive the goods on the stated date a redelivery cost at standard shipping rates will be charged<br />
automatically without notification.<br />

Please be aware that additional product packaging decreases the number of items contained in a carton when bulk shipping.<br />

COLLECTIONS:<br />
Collections of Goods from <strong>Castelli</strong><br />
A handling fee of £6.75 per collection will be charged for arranged collections of goods from <strong>Castelli</strong> UK that fail to occur. All collections must be arranged and<br />
agreed 48 hours in advance. Point of collection must be made with the appropriate documents otherwise it will be refused and charges will apply. For more<br />

Collections from a Specified Address<br />
Instructed collections of goods, arranged by <strong>Castelli</strong> UK from a customer’s address, will be charged at the standard shipping costs.<br />
