How to fit a nut & olive

How do I fit a nut and olive to tubing? 

1. Place nut on tubing. 

2. Heat the end of the tubing in hot water to soften. 

3. Place olive on olive pusher. 

4. Insert into tubing. 

5. Using a spanner, firmly tighten nut.
