كلمة المحرر EDITOR’S NoTe
I`m pleased to write about the second issue of
LMODA. Like the previous and first issue it has
some new collections from all brands under
Louzan Group and some interesting news.
However, this time we have added some flavor
with the things of general interest.
We love traveling to different places and love
recommending them to people even more.
Therefore, In this edition we have also included
traveling and recipes which we have handpicked
for our readers, of course with travel, food also
goes hand in hand.
For travel, we have picked LAUTERBRUNNEN:
Switzerland as the destination for this issue. The
place is truly scenic and is certainly heaven on
earth. We highly recommend taking a camera on
this trip because this place is totally worth every
shot.
Our sales force is our front line talent that put
their best efforts in treating customers in their best
way. We acknowledge their passion to excel in
delivering best value to our customers. You will
see some shinning stars in this issue.
Last but not least are some clicks from Louzan
fashion show at Luxury Award Ceremony where
we achieved the award in luxury fashion category
for 2016.

من دواعي سروري أن أكتب عن العدد الثاني من مجلة LMODA
والذي،‏ كما العدد األوّ‏ ل،‏ يحتوي على بعض التشكيالت من العالمات
التجارية المندرجة تحت راية ‏“مجموعة لوزان”،‏ باإلضافة إلى مجموعة
من األخبار الجديدة والمشوّ‏ قة.‏ في أيّ‏ حال،‏ لقد أضفنا هذه المرّة
بعض المواضيع تهمّ‏ القرّاء عمومًا.‏
نحن نحبّ‏ السفر إلى أماكن متنوّ‏ عة،‏ ونحبّ‏ أن ننصح الكثيرين
بزيارتها.‏ لذلك،‏ قمنا بتضمين هذا العدد وجهاتٍ‏ سياحيّة ووصفات

كوردون بلو
Cordon Bleu is a famous Swiss dish that everyone loves it. It is made of a chicken stuffed, with a slice of
cheese, and a melted slice of Inchon covered with a rich layer of breadcrumbs, eggs and flour. Cordon
blue is usually served with golden French fries and salad. Cordon Blue is one of the easiest dishes to
prepare, and it really tastes good... Now here’s How to prepare it:
Ingredients:
6 slices of chicken breast|6 slices of cheddar cheese | 6 slices of luncheon meat | One cup of sliced
mushroom | one teaspoon of Curry | One tablespoon of butter | Two eggs | One cup of flour | One
cup of breadcrumbs | One teaspoon of salt | One teaspoon of black pepper | One teaspoon of garlic
powder.
Directions:
• Use the meat hammer to make the chicken breast slices a little thinner.
• In a medium bowl, put the butter, then add the mushroom and let them over medium heat.
• Add the curry over to the mushroom, stir for few minutes, and the stuffing is now ready.
• Over the chicken slices, put the slices of cheese and luncheon meat, with a little of mushroom
stuffing, then wrapped it well and repeat this process until you use all the chicken slices.
• In a small bowl, put the eggs, add the salt, pepper, the garlic powder, and whisk all well.
• Keep breadcrumbs in a dish, and the flour in another dish.
• Put the cordon Bleu into the flour dish, then in the eggs bowl, and then in the breadcrumbs dish.
Repeat this process for all the cordon blue pieces.
• It is preferably to keep the cordon blue in the freezer for about an hour before cooking them.
• In a deep frying pan, put a large amount of vegetable oil, keep it over medium heat, until is hot
enough.
• Fry the cordon Bleu till it gets the golden color.
• Put the cordon blue in a dish... And “Bon Appétit”

وشريحة النشون ومغطاة بطبقة غنية من البقسماط والبيض والطحين ، يقدم كوردون بلو عادة مع البطاطا المقلية الذهبية
والسلطة ويعد الكوردون بلو من اسهل االطباق تحضيرا والذها طعم واليكم الطريقة .
المقادير
6 شرائح دجاج | 6 شرائح جبن شيدر | 6 شرائح النشون | كوب فطر شرائح | ملعقة صغيرة كاري | 1 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة
2 بيض | كوب طحين | كوب بقسماط | 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح | 1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود | ملعقة صغيرة ثوم بودرة
طريقة التحضير

‏.باستخدام مطرقة المطبخ الخاصة باللحوم نقوم بطرق الشرحات الى ان تستوي قليال
‏.في قدر متوسط نقوم بوضع كمية الزبدة ونضيف اليها الفطر وندعها على نار متوسطة
‏.نضيف الكاري الى الفطر ونقلبهم بضع دقائق وتصبح الحشوة جاهزة
‏.نضع شرحة الدجاج ثم نضع فوقها شرحة الجبنة ثم شرحة االنشون ثم القليل من حشوة الفطر ونقوم بلفها بشكل جيد
نكرر العملية الى ان تنتهي كمية الدجاج
‏.في وعاء صغير نضع البيض ونضيف اليه الملح والفلفل والثوم البودرة ونخفقهم جيدا
‏.نضع البقسماط في طبق وبطبق اخر نضع الطحين
‏.نغطس الكوردون بلو في طبق الطحين ثم بوعاء البيض ثم بطبق البقسماط ونكرر العملية الى ان تنتهي كمية الكوردون
بلو
‏.يفضل وضع الكوردون بلو في الفريزر لمدة ساعة تقريبا قبل البدأ بالقلي
‏.في مقالة عميقة نضع كمية وفيرة من الزيت النباتي وندعها على نار متوسطة الى ان يصبح الزيت ساخنا كفاية
‏.نضع الكوردون بلو في الزيت ونقلبهم الى ان يكتسبو اللون الذهبي
‏.نصف الكوردون بلو في طبق ويصبح جاهز للتقديم

Lauterbrunnen is situated in one of the most
impressive trough valleys in the Alps, between
gigantic rock faces and mountain peaks. With its 72
thundering waterfalls, secluded valleys, colourful
alpine meadows and lonely mountain inns, the
Lauterbrunnen Valley is one of the biggest nature
conservation areas in Switzerland
The very name ‘Lauter Brunnen’ (‘many fountains’)
suggests the magnificence of this landscape. There
are 72 waterfalls in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the
most famous being the Staubbach Falls. Plunging
almost 300 metres from an overhanging rock face,
they are one of the highest free-falling waterfalls
in Europe. In 1779, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
visited the valley, and was inspired by the roaring
waters to write his well-known poem ‘Spirit song
over the waters’ Another deafening natural
phenomenon are the Trümmelbach Falls in the
‘Black Monk’ mountain, hidden behind mighty
rock faces.
Up to 20,000 litres of water per second cascade
over the ten glacier falls from a total height of
about 200 metres. This spectacle can only be
reached in summer by tunnel lift.

شالالت ستاباخ.‏ وينبع من صخرة متدلية من ارتفاع 300 متراً،‏ كما تُعدّ‏ واحدةً‏ من أكثر الشالالت الحرّة ارتفاعاً‏ في أوربا.‏ في عام 1779، زار
يوهان فولفغانغ فون غوته الوادي،‏ و استلهم من هدير المياه ليكتب قصيدته المشهورة “ قصيدةٌ‏ روحانيةٌ‏ على المياه”‏
ويوجد هناك ظاهرة طبيعية مدوية أخرى وهي شالالت تروميلباخ في جبل “ الراهب األسود”،‏ المخبأ وراء الصخور العظيمة.‏ ما يصل
إلى 20000 لتراً‏ من المياه في الثانية المتساقطة من الشالالت الجليدية من ارتفاع إجمالي قدره 200 متر.‏
يمكن الوصول إلى هذا المشهد في الصيف فقط عبر التلفريك.‏
