Die Verarbeitungsvielfalt der extrudierten Platten ist<br />
enorm. Welche Sonderwerkstoffe und Zusatzeinstellungen<br />
kann SIMONA über die Standardprodukte hinaus<br />
verarbeiten?<br />
MÖLLER: Die Vielzahl an Extrudern und Schneckengeometrien<br />
ermöglicht eine Verarbeitung nahezu<br />
aller thermoplastischen Werkstoffe. Hochtemperaturwerkstoffe<br />
wie PEEK, E-CTFE oder<br />
PSU können durch die spezielle Ausrüstung von<br />
selektierten Extrudern und Breitschlitzdüsen<br />
bei Temperaturen bis 400 °C verarbeitet werden.<br />
Neben dem Schäumen von Standardkunststoffen<br />
erreichen wir auch bei hochwertigen Werkstoffen<br />
unterschiedliche Dichten. Darüber hinaus<br />
schäumt SIMONA auch im Coextrusionsverfahren.<br />
Unsere hauseigene Mischerei ermöglicht<br />
es, insbesondere im PVC-Segment, sehr flexibel<br />
auf Kundenwünsche und Entwicklungsprojekte<br />
einzugehen.<br />
Walzen mit Hochglanz-, Mattierungs- oder<br />
Präge-Oberflächen ermöglichen die Aufbrin-<br />

techniques, we can achieve a wide range of densities<br />

we can respond very flexibly to customer requirements<br />
and development projects, particularly in<br />

Rollers with glossing, matting or embossing surfaces<br />
are used to apply various application-specific textures<br />
to sheet surfaces. High-gloss rollers are used to meet requirements<br />
for a visually attractive finish, while embossing<br />
rollers apply specific textures to the surface. In<br />
the automotive sector, for example, grained PP-EPDM<br />
sheets can be used to line car boot spaces.<br />
Textile laminations considerably extend the potential<br />
uses for semi-finished products, and various processing<br />
techniques are used to apply them either on top<br />
