Jennifer Turner 博 士
Jennifer Turner is the Director of the China Environment Forum (CEF) at the Woodrow Wilson
International Center for Scholars. Her expertise lies primarily in environmental and energy policy in
China, with a strong background in water governance and environmental civil society development in
China.
Besides putting on meetings and publications focusing on a variety of energy and environmental
challenges facing China, she has coordinated several research exchange activities bringing together
Chinese, U.S., and other Asian experts on a broad range of energy and environmental issues with
upcoming exchanges focused on U.S.-China energy cooperation, water pollution, and environmental
justice. She also serves as editor of the Wilson Center’s journal, the China Environment Series, a
publication that features writings by policy, activist, and business experts working on energy and
environmental issues in China.

吴 敏 先 生
吴 敏 先 生 (Mr Mike Kilburn) Senior Manager, Environment at Air Port Authority of Hong Kong Founding
Board Member (pro bono) at Hong Kong Countryside Foundation Kilburn is also the Vice Chairman of
the Hong Kong Bird Watching Society, and played a leading role in the 2000 Long Valley campaign,
which shaped current practice in Hong Kong’s Environmental Impact Assessment process. Kilburn has a
professional background in public relations and a joint honours degree in Chinese Language and
Management studies from the University of Durham, UK. Mike Kilburn focused on air quality and
pollution, climate change and urban planning, and for expanding its work on conservation, water and
waste management while working in Civic Exchange in 2008-2012.
