For us, delivery of the ordered machine does not
mark the end of the partnership with our customer!
To ensure that the customer is able to maintain
constant production, there are a number of services
which may be enlisted, such as our 24-hour or teleservice,
as well as after-sales service and maintenance
agreements. We are also happy to provide support
with overhauling and updates – a new machine is not
always what is needed. Quite often, the right solution
might prove to be temporary elimination of capacity
peak periods by means of subcontracting or supplying
pre-machined models.
