5-year guarantee
2-year warranty
2-year warranty (battery)
for frames.
for all other components of pedelecs.
Within scope of warranty, 700 full charging cycles
by at least 50% remaining capacity is granted. Due
to the charging and discharging cycles as well as
the ageing process, the battery is subject to natural
wear. The correspondingly reduced capacity does
not entitle any legal warranty claim.
NOT included in warranty
defects due to normal wear.
NOTE:
The warranty will become invalid with immediate effect in case of
improper and/or non-intended use or in case of accident.
