Project Design
Projektplanung ist eine der Hauptaufgaben des Projektmanagements.
In der Regel bildet die Projektplanung die zweite der vier Projektphasen,
folgt zeitlich also auf die Projektdefinition und bereitet
die eigentliche Projektdurchführung so gut wie möglich vor.
Projektmanagement ist immer auch Krisenmanagement.
Die Projektplanung begleitet daher immer auch die Projektdurchführung,
und muss auf nicht mehr kompensierbare Planabweichungen
mit entsprechender Um- und Neuplanung reagieren.
Gerne stehen wir Kunden in der Projektplanung und Abwicklung

following the project description and parameters being set, and acts
to allow the best possible project implementation.

implementation, and doesn’t have to react to crisis with constant
replanning and compensatory actions.
