Estland – der zukunftsorientierteStandort für ElektromobilitätEin Land, das für seine Vorreiterrolle im e-government und hochentwickelte Internet- und Telekommunikationsinfrastrukturbekannt ist, wagt den nächsten Schritt: Estland investiert massiv in die nächsteGeneration von Elektromobilität.Das Elektromobilitätsprogramm wird durch den Verkauf von überschüssigenestnischen CO2-Emmisionen an die MitsubishiCorporation finanziert und besteht aus den folgendenSchritten.Leicht zugängliche Ladeinfrastruktur in EstlandRund 200 ABB-Schnellladestationen (mit CHAdeMO-Schnittstellen) werden bis zum Ende 2012 im ganzenLand aufgestellt, an denen die Battterien der Elektrofahrzeuge aufgeladen werden können. Das Netz derschnellen und ultraschnellen Ladestationen wird ganz Estland umfassen. Damit handelt es sich um ein einzigartigesund flächendeckendes Schnellladeinfrastrukturprojekt in Europa. Eine Infrastruktur dieser Größeschafft einzigartige Möglichkeiten, Elektrofahrzeuge samt Zubehör zu testen.Neues Wissen durch ein Pilotprojekt für Sozialarbeiter:2011-2012 werden über 500 kommunale Sozialarbeiter mit Elektroautos Mitsubishi iMiEV ausgestattet.Das Pilotprojekt wird gleichermaßen dazu beitragen, das Umweltbewusstsein zu erhöhen, die Qualität derSozialdienste zu verbessern und ein neues Wissen über Elektrofahrzeuge zu verbreiten. Über das Betriebsverhaltender Elektroautos werden technische Daten erhoben und diese den Interessenten zugänglichgemacht.Förderung für Einzelpersonen zur Anschaffung eines ElektroautosIm Rahmen des Förderungsprojekts werden 500 estnische Privatpersonen und Unternehmen bei der Anschaffungder Elektroautos unterstützt. Die Förderung kann bis Ende 2012 in der Höhe von bis zu 18 000Euro pro Person beantragt werden.Die erhobenen technischen Daten der Fahrzeuge und des landesweiten Ladenetzes geben gute Möglichkeitenzur Weiterentwicklung der Elektroautos und deren Komponenten, wie der intelligenten Netze /smart grid), Preiskalkulation, Verbraucherrechte , mobile Authentifizierung u.s.w. bieten.Estland wird in den nächsten Jahren zum idealen Standort für Unternehmen, die an Lösungsmöglichkeitenfür moderne EV-Infrastruktur arbeiten.Möglichkeiten im Bereich Elektromobilität in Estland:• Idealer Testmarkt für Produktentwicklung und Pilotprojekte• Forschung & Entwicklung, Softwareentwicklung• Herausragende Internet- und Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur (u.a. Mission of the public infrastructure is to reduce range anxiety, support early adopters and ensurethat EV users have access to emergency charging.Fast and ultra fast chargers will cover the whole of Estonia, being the biggest fast charging infrastructureproject in Europe. Infrastructure of that scale creates a unique opportunity to test electric vehicles andassociated applications.New knowledge via the pilot project for social workers:More than 500 social workers at the municipalities get electric cars (Mitsubishi ”iMiEV”) within 2011-2012.
