Die Prüfung des iftRosenheim ergab für die ausgeführte Pfosten-Riegel-KonstruktionDehnpfosten mit Beschwerung Dn, f, w, p 54 dB. Für den Schallschutzgegen Außenlärm waren vom Bauherrn R w, p = 45 dBgefordert worden. Der Anforderung konnte mit einem Dreifachglas(R w, p ca. 48 dB) entsprochen werden.The idea: Provide a family-owned company with a headquarterswhich conforms to strict ecological, economic andsocial sustainability requirements. The solution: Passivhausmullion and transom façades with WICONA’s incorporated,thermally insulated ventilation flaps.The WICTEC mullion and transom 50HI (high-insulation) façadeoffered Dachser GmbH & Co. KG (builders, architects and constructionmanagers) the solution they needed for their new headquarters.The curtain wall solution included triple-glazing forPassivhaus buildings and was certified by ift Rosenheim. Thestorey-high façade elements were lined with aluminium panels asa curtained wall façade. These achieve an excellent heat coefficientof around U CW= 0.84 W/(m²K) thanks to their integrated sashes.The insert units on the curtained wall façade were designedaccording to a tripartite structure and made of fixed glazing andwings. WICONA’s WICLINE window system components are nottransparent, but rather covered on the inside and outside withaluminium panels. The challenge was to shape the covered wingsflush to the curtain wall structure. All of this was a great success.Much-needed solar radiation protection was achieved with anexternal system with cable guidance.Fanlights made of the same window ranges are used for ventilatingthe elevated basement level. In addition, these are designedas NHSE (natural heat and smoke exhaust elements) and thustake over important functions within the fire protection concept ofthe building.The constructor has applied high standards, including thoseconcerning sound insulation. ift Rosenheim’s assessment producedthe result of p = 54 dB for the designed mullion transomconstruction expansion bars, which had a weighting of Dn, f, w.For protection against outside noise, p = 45 dB was theconstructor’s required standard.
