14. DISASSEMBLING THE BOLT<br />
Under normal circumstances, the bolt doesn’t need to be disassembled.<br />
It has been permanently lubricated by the factory. As<br />
a rule, occasional inspection by the gunsmith of your franchised<br />
MANNLICHER Dealer should be sufficient to ensure adequate maintenance.<br />
If you wish, you may ask an expert gunsmith to instruct<br />
you in the disassembly and reassembly of the bolt. However, special<br />
circumstances with no gunsmith available may require that the<br />
bolt be disassembled, cleaned, and lubricated.<br />
Disassembly:<br />
Grip the bolt with your left hand.<br />
Push in catch lever with your<br />
right thumb and simultaneously<br />
rotate the bolt sleeve clockwise<br />
(arrow shows direction of rotation)<br />
until it unlocks with an audible<br />
click. Take off bolt sleeve<br />
and extract firing pin assembly.<br />
Now, all parts can be cleaned<br />
and lubricated as required.<br />
Any further disassembly should be done only by adequately trained<br />
and skilled personnel (gunsmith).<br />
