Regarding the precautionary announcements “Rundschreiben Nr. 68/2016” and<br />
“Rundschreiben Nr. 69/2016”, I am glad to inform you that meanwhile a taskforce<br />
established by HRK, KMK and VG Wort has developed an interim solution<br />
to the current issue concerning the use of § 52a UrhG. As a result, material concerned<br />
by § 52a UrhG can be used for e-learning purposes as before until September<br />
30 th 2017.<br />
This means, that for the moment no documents and material concerned by<br />
§ 52a UrhG have to be removed from eCampus.<br />
Thus you can continue to use eCampus as before and you are encouraged to do<br />
so.<br />
Bonn University welcomes this progress, especially for its students, and hopes,<br />
that a sustainable procedure for daily use beyond September 2017 will be found<br />
by the taskforce soon.<br />
