After the Auction...
Collection, payment, results and after sale of unsold lots
Collection
Collection is possible directly after the
auction, when your lot(s) have been
paid for. In this case, we would ask
you to inform the reception staff that
you would like to collect your items
directly. You can also collect your lots
in the weeks after the auction; to do so,
please make an appointment.
Payment
When collecting the lots, you have the
option of paying in cash, by cheque or
by debit card.
Advanced payment
Auction lots will only be delivered to
new or relatively new buyers when they
have been paid for in advance. Following
the auction, you will receive an
invoice and we will hand over the items
in person or forward them to you once
payment has been received.
Customers abroad: we kindly
ask you to proceed payment
of your invoice amount only
by Bank Transfer. We do not
accept cheques anymore.
Our General Auction Conditions
shall apply. Every auction invoice
becomes due as soon as it is
received. You will only be entitled
to the purchased item(s) once the
invoiced amount has been paid in
full. Any other forms of delivery
must be authorised in writing by the
auctioneer prior to each auction.
Auction results
When the auction is over, details of
the acquisitions are awaited with
great anticipation. The quickest
way to find out about the results of
the auction is via our homepage:
www.felzmann.de.
A list of all results is prepared soon
after the auction and is sent directly
to all catalogue recipients and published
online on our webpage.
After sale of unsold lots
Items that are not sold during the
auction can be purchased afterwards.
Approximately two weeks
after the auction, there will be a
special occasion on which unsold
lots can be viewed in detail and at
length at our premises and also be
acquired directly.
The after sale of unsold lots ends
four weeks after the auction.

Invoice
Regular customers who frequently
take part in our auctions may be
permitted to pay on open account.
In this case, the invoiced amount
is to be paid without diductions by
bank transfer.
