As we know, bonded restoration is usually used in non-invasive dentistry. But in<br />
this case, we used this type of restoration in order to keep the substructure of the<br />
traumatized teeth and provide an aesthetic result in the interior region.<br />
The patient is a 12 years old boy who fell off his scooter. Teeth 11 and 21 were<br />
luxated palatal, medial corners of 11, 21 and 22 were broken furthermore the<br />
centrals were oozing blood from the sulcus. After a couple of months of treatment<br />
and temporalization, the teeth were stable, asymptomatic and in full occlusion.<br />
We decided to go with bonded porcelain restoration.<br />
