Your CV could be the critical factor. Anyone who writes a job application should start with the CV. The cover or motivation letter serves as a supplement<br />
to the CV. Many small things should be considered in an application, some of them you might not immediately notice, but a recruiter will decide<br />
on your application within a minute.<br />
