Essential Information
Artwork Requirements
All of our pricing is based on being supplied with print ready artwork.
Digital Print: We require either vector artwork or a high quality JPEG.
Embroidery: Vector only. Please also note that we will not use your
existing embroidery files.
Dye sublimation: Vector artwork or high quality JPEG
Laser engraving: Vector artwork only.
Pad print/offset print: Vector artwork only.
Any studio time required to improve, convert or manipulate artwork to
bring it up to print quality will be charged out at a studio rate of £35.00
per hour. Complete logo re-draws will be quoted separately.
Understanding Colour Matching
Please note that we use various print methods to decorate different
products. Each printing method and substrate printed onto, will give a
slightly varied colour finish for each product. For instance a golf tee
printed in red PMS 485C will be a slightly different shade to a pokerchip
printed using CMYK printed digitally or a dye sublimated umbrella.
Although we do our very best to match colours across all products, it is
not possible to overcome this issue altogether as different print
processes make up colour in different ways.
Other Formats
If vectorised artwork is not available, we can work with other high
resolution artwork (300dpi), formats include, .PSD, .JPG and .TIFF.
However please note that there maybe additional charges for converting
the artwork to a vector format.
Proofing
Our studio will send out via email a .PDF proof illustrating how the
supplied artwork will look on the product; to approve the artwork you
can reply back to the studio via email. We will only continue processing
your order once we have received an approval.
All our pricing is based on one proof being supplied FOC and one proof
amend. Any additional proof amends will be charged at £5.00 each.

All products are subject to availability. Logo services are subject to the
logo dimensions being compatible with the products offered. All orders
are subject to your individual account status.
The logos and images shown in this catalogue are for display purposes
only and are not intended to suggest or imply that work has been
undertaken for any company, or that they endorse the products upon
which their name or logo is shown. The images are to illustrate the type
of effect possible on the product which it is displayed upon.
Rush & Express Delivery Service
A rush order requires dispatching between 2-5 working days and an
express 6-9 working days from the approval of the artwork. Please note
this service is subject to availability and subject to additional cost.
Golf Balls
Any order of Wilson golf balls of under 288 balls (i.e. 24 dozen) will be
printed in CMYK with a maximum 22mm print area. Any order above
this quantity will be pad printed in PMS with a maximum 24mm print
area.
