Metallic-Druckfarben und -Pasten für 3D-Effekte Metallic Inks and Pastes for 3D-Effects FERRICon ® eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten zur innovativen Druckapplikation. Auf der Basis von hochreinem Carbonyleisen und neuer Vermahlungstechnologie werden Produkte hergestellt, mit einzigartiger optik und einem ausgeprägten Farbflop von graumetallic zu schwarz-metallic. Das ausgezeichnete Benetzungsverhalten und die damit verbundene, hervorragende Pigmentorientierung erzeugen homogene, gut deckende und brillante oberflächen. Aufgrund ihrer magnetischen Eigenschaften weisen FERRICon ® Produkte eine weitere Besonderheit auf: So lassen sich durch die Verwendung von Permanent- oder Elektromagneten und die damit erzeugte neuorientierung der Pigmente entlang der Feldlinien einzigartige Effekte mit faszinierender Tiefenwirkung und Dreidimensionalität erzielen. ECKART bietet FERRICon ® Produkte für eine Vielzahl von Druckapplikationen an. Zur Auswahl stehen sowohl Pigmentpasten für die Formulierung von Lösemittel- und UV-Farben als auch druckfertige Farben. Using high-purity carbonyl iron and new grinding technology, products have been produced with unique optical properties and a distinctive colour flop from metallic grey to metallic black. The excellent wetting properties and the outstan- ding pigment orientation create homogeneous and brilliant sur- faces with good coverage. Their magnetic properties give FERRICOn ® pigments a special edge: Using permanent or electromagnets, the pigments can be reoriented along the force lines, thus creating unique effects with fascinating depth and a three-dimensional appearance. ECKART offers FERRICOn ® products for a variety of print applications. Available are pigment pastes for the formulation of solvent based and UV inks as well as print ready inks.
