Special tools<br />
LMT Tool Systems bietet Ihnen neben einem umfangreichen<br />
Standard Programm auch individuelle Lösungen für Sonderwerkzeuge<br />
zur Bearbeitung von Verbundwerkstoffen und Kunststoffen.<br />
Typische Bohrwerkzeuge für Verbundwerkstoffe, wie Countersink<br />
Drills und Reibahlen für Hybridwerkstoffe (CFK Al oder CFK<br />
Ti), Tieflochbohrwerkzeuge oder sonstige Sonderbohrer werden<br />
abhängig vom spezifischen Werkstück ausgelegt.<br />
Sie können in Vollhartmetall, diamant- oder PVD-beschichtet<br />
oder mit gelöteten PKD-Sandwich-Spitzen bzw. mit gelöteten<br />
PKD-Schneiden ausgeführt werden.<br />
Auf der Seite der Fräswerkzeuge komplettieren ebenfalls speziell<br />
auf die jeweiligen Bearbeitungsbedingungen und den Werkstoff<br />
ausgelegte Sonderwerkzeuge unser Standardprogramm. Die<br />
Auswahl des geeigneten Schneidstoffes, die Definition der geeigneten<br />
Makrogeometrie sowie das optimale Konzept zur Kühlung<br />
und Spanabfuhr sind natürlich Bestandteile der kundenindividuellen<br />

solid carbide, DFC or PVD coatings, brazed sandwich PCD point<br />
or brazed PCD wings.<br />
Our standard milling program is also completed by special tools<br />
designed for specific cutting conditions and work piece materials.<br />
The choice of the appropriate cutting material, definition of<br />
the macro geometry and the optimal concept for cooling and chip<br />
