Reservations should be made well in advance. A deposit of $100 per
person is required on all land tours and $300 on all fly/drive tours.
Specialty tours may require additional deposit. The deposit is due within
10 days from the date of booking.

traVel Insurance
Anderson Vacations strongly recommends that all passengers purchase
Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. All-inclusive insurance
which includes cancellation, interruption, medical, individual accident
and baggage is also available.
cancellatIons
All cancellations will be subject to a $25.00 fee
45 days prior to departure – 100 % Refundable
30-44 days prior to departure – 75% Refundable
0-29 days – 0% Refundable
Please note: Some supplier’s cancellation penalties vary. The above
penalties may change if special event tickets, an airline or rail company
is included in your package.
Regrettably cancellation charges cannot be waived. There will be no
exceptions. No Refunds on unused services after departure from original
city. Cancellation Insurance is recommended for all tours.
accommodatIon and meals
All hotels listed in itineraries have been confirmed at time of printing but
can be subject to change. Hotels are selected on their good standard,
cleanliness, service and location. On rare occasion, we must use a hotel
that is not our standard requirement simply due to lack of choice. The
following is a guideline for you to use when you are booking your tour:
Single – One person / one bed
Double – Two people / one bed
Twin – Two people / two beds
Triple – Three people / two beds
Quad – Four people / two beds
Anderson Vacations includes some meals. The meal codes are as
follows: CB – Continental Breakfast, B – Breakfast, BR – Brunch
L – Lunch, D – Dinner
traVel documents
An Information Package is mailed 30 days prior to departure. This
package includes a “Know Before you Go” brochure, baggage tags,
departure locations, departure times and hotel information.
sPecIal PassenGers
Passengers with disabilities are welcome to travel with Anderson
Vacations. Persons requiring special assistance must be accompanied
by a companion capable of providing for their needs. Single travelers
must be independent travelers who require no additional assistance.
The tour director is unable to provide individual service for wheelchairs,
baggage handling etc. Passengers must be capable of getting on and off
the coach without the assistance of the tour director or driver.
resPonsIbIlIty
Anderson Vacations does not own or operate any of the hotels,
transportation companies, sightseeing attractions or others that provide
goods and services for your tour. Anderson Vacations acts solely as an
organizer of the tours outlined in this brochure. Anderson Vacations is

not responsible for the negligence or any willful acts and /or omissions
of these entries, their employees or agents. Anderson Vacations is
not responsible for any additional costs resulting from any expense or
inconvenience caused by circumstances not under our control (i.e.:
weather, strikes, cancelled transportation, delays, mechanical failure of
carrier equipment, etc.)
ItInerary and schedule chanGes
Our tours are planned one year in advance and occasionally the
itinerary may need to be adjusted or schedule changes may occur. Tour
management reserves the right to make any adjustments in plans, which
may be necessitated due to circumstances not under our control. The
tour organizer reserves the right to make any changes before or during
the tour for the comfort and enjoyment of the passengers.

Gratuities to Tour Directors and Drivers – Our tour directors and drivers
work very hard to ensure you have a worry free and enjoyable holiday.
Gratuities are appreciated and should be extended on a voluntary,
individual basis – not as a group.
Meals – Not listed in the itinerary.
Personal Expenses – Phone calls, In Room Movies, Gifts, etc
Luggage Handling – at Airports or tours less than three days
Optional Tours – Additional fees will apply
Baggage (not including one piece per person) – Additional Fee will apply.
PrIVacy act
In January 2004, the Canadian Government implemented the new
Privacy Act. To comply with this act and to complete your reservation, we
require the following information from our passengers: Full legal name,
Address, Phone Number and Birthdate. Conforming to the new Privacy
Act, your personal information will only be passed on to airlines or train
companies, to Canadian and US Customs if applicable and insurance
companies if you purchase insurance through our office. Otherwise, all
information remains confidential with Anderson Vacations.
