ADELAIDE.-A warrant of commitment has been issued for<br />
CLAUDE BERTRAM DANSIE (no description available) ;<br />
address given as Riverton; for non-payment of fine and costs<br />
(£1 IOs. in all) for a breach of <strong>the</strong> Road Traffic Act, 1934,<br />
(no tail light on motor car), at Gepp's Cross, on 6th May, <strong>1935</strong>.<br />
In default of payment, to be imprisoned for 24 hours. Warrant<br />
filed at C.I. Branch, Adelaide.-(C.5535.)<br />
ADELAIDE.-A warrant of commitment has been issued for<br />
MORRIS GILFRED DAVIDSON (no description available) ;<br />
charged with failing to comply with an order made against<br />
him on 20th December, 1933, in respect of <strong>the</strong> maintenance of<br />
Mary Leonore. Tobin, a female illegitimate child of <strong>the</strong> age of<br />
one year or <strong>the</strong>reabouts, <strong>the</strong> arrears amounting to £7 lls.<br />

MARGARET GROSE, described as a native of South Australia,<br />
born 1889, 5ft. 3i,n. high, medium build, fresh complexion, dark<br />
hair; for non-payment of fine and costs (£3 2s. in all) on a<br />
charge of drunkenness, at Adelaide, on 17th June, <strong>1935</strong>. In<br />
default of payment, to be imprisoned for seven days. Warrant<br />

MICHAEL KEOGH, described as a native of Victoria,<br />
labourer, born 1879, 5ft. Sin high, medium build, fair complexion,<br />
grey hair, blue eyes; for non-payment of fine and<br />
costs (£1 7s. in all) on a charge of drunkenness, at Adelaide,<br />
on 18th June, <strong>1935</strong>. In default of payment, to be imprisoned<br />
for 24 hours. Warrant filed at C.I. Branch, Adelaide.-<br />

WILLIAM EDWARD PEAK, described as a native of South<br />
Australia, 50 years old, medium build, dark hair, medium complexion,<br />
clean shaven, blue eyes; charged with failing to comply<br />
with an order made against him on 2nd March, 1931, in respect of<br />
<strong>the</strong> maintenance of William Edward Potter, a male illegitimate<br />
child of <strong>the</strong> age of fourteen years or <strong>the</strong>reabouts, <strong>the</strong> arrears<br />
amounting to £27 16s. In default of payment, to be imprisoned<br />
for one month. Warrant filed at C.I. Branch, Adelaide.-<br />

CECIL RAMSEY (no description available) ; charged with<br />
failing to comply with an order made against him on 22nd<br />
December, 1933, in respect of <strong>the</strong> maintenance of his wife,<br />
Clara Ramsey, <strong>the</strong> arrears amounting to £26 5s. In default<br />
of payment, to be imprisoned for one month. Warrant filed<br />

ADELAIDE.-Warrants of commitment have been issued for<br />
JOHN POWELL (no description available) ; for non-payment<br />
of fines and costs (£1 in all) ; for breaches of <strong>the</strong> Road<br />
Traffic Act, 1934 (unregistered car and not licensed to drive)<br />
at Blair Athol, on 7th April, <strong>1935</strong>. In default of payment,<br />
to be imprisoned for 24 hours on each charge. Warrants<br />
