LIGHT ON DEMAND<br />
P-<strong>LUX</strong><br />
<strong>LUX</strong>-UP technology has been designed <strong>to</strong> save energy and prolong <strong>the</strong> lamp life of compact<br />
fluorescent lamps(cfl’s) by dimming ra<strong>the</strong>r than <strong>the</strong> damaging function of continuous switching.<br />
P-<strong>LUX</strong> stands <strong>for</strong> passive infra red (PIR) controlled <strong>LUX</strong>-UP.<br />
P-lux LED Lanterns offer Space & Security lighting.<br />
Pho<strong>to</strong> cell controlled and PIR activated <strong>the</strong> light will au<strong>to</strong>matically come on at night at high<br />
level <strong>the</strong>n dim down after 60 seconds or last activation, at dawn <strong>the</strong> light will switch off<br />
au<strong>to</strong>matically.<br />

Lux Down<br />
The P-<strong>LUX</strong> will function at dusk and will illuminate <strong>to</strong> full brightness, after 60 seconds <strong>the</strong> lamp<br />
will dim down in<strong>to</strong> Lux down mode.<br />
In this mode <strong>the</strong> P-<strong>LUX</strong> consumes less than 2watts of power whilst offering a subtle night light.<br />
Throughout <strong>the</strong> night when triggered by movement <strong>the</strong> P-<strong>LUX</strong> will <strong>LUX</strong>-UP <strong>to</strong> 8w <strong>to</strong> provide full<br />
luminance <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> area, after a short period (60 sec) from <strong>the</strong> last trigger <strong>the</strong> P-<strong>LUX</strong> will dim back<br />
<strong>to</strong> Lux Down or (sleep mode).<br />

OUR 8 PART PAINT PROCESS<br />
We spend an hour on our pre-paint treatment<br />
<strong>to</strong> ensure that our lanterns retain <strong>the</strong>ir finish<br />
long after <strong>building</strong> guarantees have expired.<br />
1.<br />
Dip finished raw<br />
material in alkaline<br />
water 6 times in<br />
10 minutes. This<br />
removes filings<br />
and oil from <strong>the</strong><br />
casting.<br />
5.<br />
Repeat No4 in<br />
clean water <strong>for</strong><br />
3 minutes<br />
2.<br />
Dip 5 times in<br />
clean water over 4<br />
minutes.<br />
6.<br />
Soak <strong>for</strong> 5 minutes in<br />
a deoxidization pool.<br />

Soak in 75%<br />
water solution <strong>for</strong><br />
20 minutes and dip<br />
continuously <strong>for</strong> 5<br />
minutes <strong>to</strong> remove<br />
oil and grease from<br />
<strong>the</strong> casting.<br />
7.<br />
Soak in clean water<br />
<strong>for</strong> 7 minutes.<br />
The raw material is <strong>the</strong>n dried and<br />
is now ready <strong>for</strong> powder coating.<br />
4.<br />
Dip continuously<br />
in clean water <strong>for</strong><br />
3 minutes<br />
8.<br />
Repeat No7 in<br />
ano<strong>the</strong>r pool with<br />
clean water <strong>for</strong><br />
3 minutes.<br />
