Terms & Conditions<br />

Delivery:<br />

When placing delivery orders, please allow a minimum of 24 hours to pull the order. Monday delivery orders must be placed by<br />

12:00pm on Friday. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if already pulled. First run deliveries cannot be cancelled<br />

as they are loaded the night before. Weather related cancellations will be rescheduled on a first come basis the following day as trucks<br />

become available. Orders for delivery must be paid for in advance with a valid form of payment. We do not accept COD’s on deliveries.<br />

No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.<br />

Discount:<br />

All wholesale accounts will receive a 2% discount off of their entire order when paid by cash or check at time of order. This discount is<br />

in addition to any volume discounts earned the previous year. Discount does not apply to credit or debit card purchases.<br />

Payment:<br />

Acceptable forms of tender include: cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.<br />

Orders:<br />

To give you the best service possible, we encourage you to place your orders online, via fax or by e-mail at wholesale@gertens.com.<br />

Our dedicated staff will respond with availability and allow for any necessary adjustments.<br />

Pick ups:<br />

When placing orders for pickup, a minimum of 4 hours is required for the order to be pulled. Please advise us if there are any changes<br />

in the date of pickup, as we can hold your pulled order for up to 5 days. After 5 days, orders not picked up or cancelled will be subject to<br />

a 15% restocking fee.<br />

Loading:<br />

We will gladly assist you in loading your trees, plant materials, and in securing your load. However, it is your responsibility to provide<br />

your own wrap and/or tarp. Tarps are available for purchase.<br />

Restocking Fee:<br />

All cancelled orders that have been scheduled for pickup or delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee.<br />

Returns:<br />

All plant material returns must be accompanied by a receipt. <strong>Plant</strong> material must be in good condition, sales staff will determine if the<br />

product is acceptable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.<br />

General Conditions of Sales:<br />

Prices are based on current market conditions. Prices and availability may be subject to change without notice. All customers receiving<br />

wholesale pricing must posses a valid State Nursery Dealer’s License. Quantity discounts are available on perennials, shrubs,<br />

Guarantee:<br />

<strong>Gertens</strong> stands behind our plant material when a pattern of loss is sustained with a particular variety. Where there are abnormal losses<br />

with no particular pattern, claims will be processed on an individual basis. <strong>Gertens</strong> is not responsible for any other expenses, losses, or<br />

inconveniences, which a purchaser may sustain or suffer as a result thereof. <strong>Plant</strong>s are a perishable product. With good horticultural<br />

practices, losses, if any, should be minimal. <strong>Gertens</strong> has numerous MNLA Certified Personnel who are glad to share their knowledge to<br />

maximize your success with our plants.<br />

Claims:<br />

Claims for missed plants or other causes on a delivery or pick up must be made within 5 days of purchase and can be directed to the<br />

Commercial Sales Office.
