All of our embroidery is developed and produced in our Chicago manufacturing plant. We use the finest embroidery thread<br />
available, 100% spun poly so that the color remains true. We will be happy to communicate with you about your logos throughout<br />
the process of digitization and production. There is a one-time logo set-up fee for digitizing your artwork: $125.00. This fee<br />
can be waived for orders exceeding $500.00. Call us about the specifics of your artwork at 1-800-373-2963. Logos digitized<br />
by <strong>Culinary</strong> <strong>Classics</strong> are considered proprietary information. Therefore, we are not able to release files that have been digitized.<br />
There are no returns on embroidered products.<br />
