I lived in New Jersey for 17 years. Nobody would look at each other, they just walk past each other. ADAMUS: Yes, right. PETE: They now have to ask for help, and people are responding in nice ways. ADAMUS: Yes. PETE: 9/11 happened there, okay, and it’s making them change, otherwise, they’re going to die. Okay. They’re asking for help, and you can see that on TV. ADAMUS: Really. Will they? How long will it last? PETE: How long will it last? ADAMUS: Yeah. PETE: Yeah, it’s just, it’ll step it up, and it may happen other places, but I think this is what … I can see it happening even in my family.
