breath. This breath of awareness. This breath that invites clarity.<br />
Breathe deeply into you the breath of life that fills the body with the air but also the energy.<br />
Breathe in the soul of you, the divine.<br />
Breathe and invite Adamus close with your breath.<br />
Feel … feel the breath fill you.<br />
Feel the breath allowing you to expand, allowing you to feel beyond the beyond.<br />
Breathe and feel the connection that we create, each of us breathing sovereign, yet each<br />
of us breathing.<br />
Breathe this Now moment … breathe and open to this experience …<br />
Breathe for you … into the heart of you, always.<br />

I take a deep breath. I toast each and every one of you. I thank you for all that you’ve done,<br />
particularly those who have really stayed with this for the entire length of the project. I<br />
know it is difficult, with all of the distractions of your everyday life, for you to forget about<br />
taking the glasses of water in the morning and in the evening, taking the deep breaths,<br />
