Shirt printing
Shirt printing is available in the shop, depending
on staff availability. Please note, when a shirt has
been printed, it cannot be exchanged or refunded
unless the item is faulty. Hand-wash printed shirts.

Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within seven
days and Europe/Rest of World orders within
10 days. if an item is no longer available we
will contact you to offer an alternative or to
return your payment. Every effort is made to
keep stocks of all items, but sometimes demand
exceeds supply.
Colour accuracy
Every effort is made to ensure colour
reproductions featured in this catalogue are as
accurate as the print process allows.
Exchanges and refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your
purchases. However, if for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it within 21 days (seven days for sale
items) to the club shop in its original condition,
together with the receipt as proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange
or refund earrings or underwear. Please note
CDs and DVDs can only be exchanged, we are
unable to offer refunds on these items.
Returns by post
Please ensure the item is packed properly.
it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange
adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting.
We will not be held responsible for missing
goods or goods damaged in transit from our
customers.
