All stile and rail door products manufactured by Rogue
Valley Door, Inc. meet or exceed generally accepted industry
standards and are warranted for one year from the date of
shipment. Each door is fabricated with good material and
workmanship and is free of defects which would cause the
door to be unfit for the ordinary recommended use.
In the event of a defect or failure to conform with this
warranty, upon written notice to Rogue Valley Door, Inc., the
company, at its option, will (1) repair the door without charge,
or (2) provide a replacement door without charge in the same
stage of fitting and finish as was originally purchased from
Rogue Valley Door, Inc. If, at the time a shipment of doors is
received by a customer, doors are found to have a defect which
can be reasonably discovered by the inspection of each door,
written notice must be sent to Rogue Valley Door, Inc. within
(30) days and before hanging, fitting, or finishing. Rogue Valley
Door, Inc. will not be liable for any door repaired or replaced
without their prior written consent. Action on any claim
for warp may be deferred for a period of up to twelve (12)

months from the date of claim, in order to permit conditioning
and equalizing to humidity and temperature conditions. Warp
shall not be considered a defect unless it exceeds 1/4" in the
plane of the door. The warranty against warp does not apply
when doors are improperly hung. Unsatisfactory service or
appearance caused by failure to handle and finish the door
properly and completely as specifically detailed in the "Handling,
Finishing, and Installation Guidelines" set forth herein, is not
covered by this Warranty. Natural variations in the color or
texture of wood are not considered defects. Doors that exceed
3'0" in width, 7'0" in height and 1 3/4" in thickness are not
covered under this Warranty.
Rogue Valley Door, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential,
indirect, or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above exclusions of limitation may not apply to you. All
implied warranties are limited to one year from the date of
shipment. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may have other rights which vary from state to state.
