Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Due<br />
to possible changes in specifications or availability, Norscot<br />
reserves the right to offer substitutions.<br />
Payment Terms: All forms of payment are US dollars.<br />
A 1 1 ⁄2% per month (18 per annum) finance charge will be<br />
added to all past due balances.<br />
Open Account – Net 15 days from date of invoice to credit<br />
approved accounts. To establish an open account please<br />
call Customer Service at 1-800-950-6506 to request a<br />
credit application. Fill out completely, sign, and return to<br />
Norscot Group, Inc., Attn: Credit Department, PO Box 998,<br />
Mequon, WI 53092-0998.<br />

Delivery: Orders of in stock merchandise ship in 1-2<br />
business days. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.<br />
Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks for delivery<br />
depending on origin of product and approval process.<br />
General Terms and Conditions of Sale<br />
Expedited service is available, call Customer Service for<br />
options. All orders are subject to credit approval.<br />
Backorders: Although we try to keep appropriate stock<br />
levels, from time to time we may have to backorder an<br />
item. Backorders ship as the product becomes available.<br />
At time of order placement you may request the order ship<br />
complete to avoid additional shipping costs. The order will<br />
be held until all products are available.<br />
Custom Orders: Any item can be customized with your<br />
dealership name, business unit descriptor, or special event.<br />
Delivery times and minimums vary based on product<br />
origin. Custom Orders may require prepayment. We reserve<br />
the right to ship and bill 10% over or under the ordered<br />
amount. Cancelled orders may incur charges if production<br />
has started. Contact Customer Service for details.<br />
Shipping & Handling: All orders are shipped F.O.B factory<br />
or warehouse. We will ship via the most cost effective<br />
method. Orders ship freight prepaid and the amount is<br />
added to your invoice. Orders can also be shipped via UPS,<br />
Fed Ex or DHL Collect, please provide your account number<br />
at the time you place your order. Truck shipments will ship<br />
freight collect via the most cost effective carrier, or via a<br />
carrier of your choice.<br />
International Shipments: A documentation fee of $15.00<br />
will be charged per shipment. Many countries require the<br />
use of fumigated pallets. Orders requiring fumigated<br />
pallets will be charged $20.00 per pallet.<br />
Sales Tax: We charge sales tax for shipments to the<br />
following states: Washington, Wisconsin, Illinois and South<br />
Dakota. Please provide a resale or tax exempt certificate to<br />
avoid sales tax.<br />
Returns: We at Norscot Group, Inc. are confident that our<br />
merchandise is the finest available. If for any reason you<br />
are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may<br />
send it back for an exchange or refund. Please call<br />
Customer Service for a Return Authorization number.<br />
Shipping is paid by Norscot if the product is defective or<br />
an order entry/packing error occurred.<br />
