Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Due
to possible changes in specifications or availability, Norscot
reserves the right to offer substitutions.
Payment Terms: All forms of payment are US dollars.
A 1 1 ⁄2% per month (18 per annum) finance charge will be
added to all past due balances.
Open Account – Net 15 days from date of invoice to credit
approved accounts. To establish an open account please
call Customer Service at 1-800-950-6506 to request a
credit application. Fill out completely, sign, and return to
Norscot Group, Inc., Attn: Credit Department, PO Box 998,
Mequon, WI 53092-0998.
Credit Card - We accept the following credit cards, VISA,
Master Card, and American Express.
Wire Transfer –email accounting@norscot.com for Wire
Transfer instructions.

Delivery: Orders of in stock merchandise ship in 1-2
business days. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Custom orders may take up to 10 weeks for delivery
depending on origin of product and approval process.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Expedited service is available, call Customer Service for
options. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Backorders: Although we try to keep appropriate stock
levels, from time to time we may have to backorder an
item. Backorders ship as the product becomes available.
At time of order placement you may request the order ship
complete to avoid additional shipping costs. The order will
be held until all products are available.
Custom Orders: Any item can be customized with your
dealership name, business unit descriptor, or special event.
Delivery times and minimums vary based on product
origin. Custom Orders may require prepayment. We reserve
the right to ship and bill 10% over or under the ordered
amount. Cancelled orders may incur charges if production
has started. Contact Customer Service for details.
Shipping & Handling: All orders are shipped F.O.B factory
or warehouse. We will ship via the most cost effective
method. Orders ship freight prepaid and the amount is
added to your invoice. Orders can also be shipped via UPS,
Fed Ex or DHL Collect, please provide your account number
at the time you place your order. Truck shipments will ship
freight collect via the most cost effective carrier, or via a
carrier of your choice.
International Shipments: A documentation fee of $15.00
will be charged per shipment. Many countries require the
use of fumigated pallets. Orders requiring fumigated
pallets will be charged $20.00 per pallet.
Sales Tax: We charge sales tax for shipments to the
following states: Washington, Wisconsin, Illinois and South
Dakota. Please provide a resale or tax exempt certificate to
avoid sales tax.
Returns: We at Norscot Group, Inc. are confident that our
merchandise is the finest available. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may
send it back for an exchange or refund. Please call
Customer Service for a Return Authorization number.
Shipping is paid by Norscot if the product is defective or
an order entry/packing error occurred.
