Delivery policy:
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. When you purchase from us we confirm the pay-
ment with the bank and we dispatch the products in our store at that moment. If we can not supply all
the products we generate a back order and send the balance of stock as soon as new stock arrives. In
some cases it happens that a particular product is not available from our supplier any more, we will
then refund you in full. We are in business since 1995 and have an impeccable track record. We prom-
ise to offer you, our valued customer, excellent service.
Refund policy:
We’ll refund customers and deduct a 10% handling fee if certain conditions apply:
1) Original invoice will accompany the product that is returned.
2) Returned within 21 days from the date of purchase.
3) The product must be unused and still in the original packaging.
4) We offer no refund on electronic components and electronic kits.
5) Sensitive electronic products must first be evaluated to determine the cause of the defect.
6) No refund will be paid in the event of the customer’s negligence.
