Manifold Systems<br />
CDI’s PRO-PAK 16 & 25 cylinder pallet & manifold systems are perfect<br />
for your largest gas users and remote customer locations where trips<br />
are not practical on a daily schedule. Used often on offshore projects<br />
and ocean going vessels. Heavy duty steel structure is designed to<br />
protect the cylinders on all sides. Cylinders are clamped in with steel<br />
bar for minimal movement. Pallet racks can be moved with fork lift<br />
through fork lift channels or with crane with the crane eye.<br />

3/4” Brass pipe manifold with stainless steel braided flexible pigtails,<br />
brass valves and CGA fittings. 3000PSI Service Pressure. Oxygen Cleaned<br />

3/4” 304 Stainless steel pipe, stainless steel rigid preformed pigtails<br />

RP16SS & RP25SS Series Stainless Steel Manifolds<br />
3/4” 304 Stainless steel pipe, stainless steel rigid preformed pigtails<br />
with 1/4” Fnpt stainless steel ends, No valves supplied. 3000PSI<br />
Service Pressure. Oxygen Cleaned. Perfect for users who intend on changing<br />
the gas service of the manifold system periodically and need to be able to<br />
change the CGA fittings when needed.<br />
PRO-PAK ORDERING INFORMATION<br />
PRO-PAK Cylinder pallet are supplied with the fork lift channels and crane eye. All units are<br />
painted blue enamel unless special ordered. All pallet systems are supplied with your choice<br />
of manifolds listed below. Replace the “XXX” with the CGA code for the gas service required.<br />
Example: CT16A-RP16-580 = 16 cylinder pallet rack and brass manifold with stainless<br />
steel flexible pigtails for helium (CGA580) gas service.<br />
