ACORN CHEESECAKE TOO
This is the first cheesecake that I made. It was very
firm, as I didn’t use the sweetened applesauce. I
rather liked it, almost better than the other version. I
think it’s worth including. Use any crust recipe you
like. I didn’t have any graham crackers on hand so I
made a whole wheat pie crust. It was fine.
Filling:
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 cup leached & drained acorns*
Follow directions from former cheesecake recipe.
