Meridian Airways is a Ghanaian registered
cargo airline based in Ostend-Brugge Airport,
Belgium. It started operations as Air Charter
Express in 2007.
The airline also operates charter flights for
the British Ministry of Defence from RAF
Lyneham. During 2009, Air Charter Express was
renamed to Meridian Airways.
STARBOW AIRLINES
This is a new African start up company which was
scheduled to have taken delivery of its first
aircraft recently, a BAe.146 airliner, one of two it
is believed to have leased from BASE Systems.
Other than the carrier is to be based in Accra,
no other details were available at the time of
going to press.
