Construction
Outer shells:
Integrally colored, textured
polypropylene.
Seat structure:
Glass-reinforced nylon with steel
connectors (for basic control, laminated
plywood).
Back and J-Bar structure:
Glass-reinforced nylon, ABS and steel
connector plate.
Cushions and upholstery:
Insert molded high resilient urethane
foam. Back is permanently bonded to
CFC free foam. RPM grade covers are
knitted to fit the cushion.
Fixed height arms/high performance

Integrally colored, textured
glass-reinforced nylon.
Armpads:
Molded urethane and steel substructure.
