Responsibilities: Football Queensland and Canale Travel Service Pty Ltd, their agents and its employees or other Travel Agents, airlines,
tour leaders and officials are not liable or responsible for any inconvenience, program changes, injury, loss, damage, delay or irregularity, players
misbehaving arising out of or in connection with the tour. The participants agree to participate in the tour at their own sole risk and have no claim
whatsoever against any person or organisation as mentioned above.
Tour Price Includes: Return economy class Airfare, accommodation – breakfast, lunch and dinner as detailed in the itinerary.
What’s not included: Airport – Fuel – Government – Departure Taxes which are approximately AUD $950.00 (This is subject to increase at time
of payment). Credit Cards / merchant fees not included – terms and conditions apply, or any other items not mentioned in the above.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $870.00 will secure your booking. The balance of the tour costs must be paid on or before
the 15 September 2013 or earlier if required under the applicable airfare conditions. Late reservations may be accepted subject to availability if
accompanied by full payment.
Cancellation Fees: Loss of deposit $870.00
If a booking is cancelled: 60-45 days prior to commencement of services 50% of the total cost of the tour
44-1 day prior to commencement of services and later 100% of the total cost of the tour
No refunds whatsoever once the tour has departed Australia
Travel Insurance: The above cancellation charges will be applied in all cases; however, the applicants can be covered against cancellation
in the event of unforeseeable sickness, as well for the loss of travel documents, medical expenses whilst on tour, personal accident and personal
liability under the Travel Insurance policy. Canale Travel Service will organise the travel insurance for you at special group rates.
Pre-existing Health Conditions: If you have a pre-existing health condition you must fill in an application form which is available from Canale
Travel Service. Please ask for one.
