5 These Terms and Conditions are to be construed and shall take effect in accordance
with English Law and the English Courts shall, unless the Trustees elect otherwise, have
exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any action arising thereunder. The Auctioneers
may enforce the terms of this agreement subject to and in accordance with the provisions
of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
