We see that overall nearly as many Europeans agree that collaborative research is<br />
more creative and effici<strong>en</strong>t (62%) 66 . Only 9% of Europeans disagree, while 20%<br />
neither agree nor disagree and 9% lack an opinion.<br />
The view that collaborative research across Europe and funded by the European Union<br />
is more creative and effici<strong>en</strong>t is supported by the majority of respond<strong>en</strong>ts in all<br />
countries surveyed, ev<strong>en</strong> if agreem<strong>en</strong>t levels range from 49% in Turkey to 87% in<br />
Cyprus.<br />
