Wholesale Terms and Conditions:
All prices noted are wholesale.
Minimum initial order is $250.00.
Jewelry: two-piece per style minimum order quantity required.
Accessories/bags: minimum order quantity varies.
Apparel: no minimum order quantity required.
Fall/Winter 2010 merchandise will ship between September 15 – September 30, 2010 unless customer indicates later ship date.

Prepayment before the ship date is required for all rst time customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard or company check. Net 30
terms are extended for returning customers upon review or request. Payment by check is preferred.
Merchandise is shipped FedEx Ground. Cost of shipping and handling will be added to invoice.
A 1.5% late payment charge will be added to all accounts over 30 days past due.
Returns:
If you wish to return items for any reason, they should be sent back in their original condition within 15 days of receipt, along with a
wri wri en return request. Please specify whether you would like a refund, account credit, or replacement.
