About Us
Vapor Apparel was started by two veterans of sublimation and polyester fibers in 2004, who had a vision to
build a company dedicated to sublimation printing. Since then, the focus has remained on the sublimation
marketplace. As the world continues to embrace digital printing and customization, we are here for our
customers with a commitment to customer service, innovation and quality sublimation certified products.
Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Vapor Apparel operates 100% in LEED certified facilities.**
To reduce our carbon footprint we are strategically located just 7 miles from the port of Charleston. We
work to reduce and reuse our production facility waste. We have an aggressive recycling program in place
throughout the company and are committed to educating our customers on printing with the planet in mind.
Vapor Apparel supports several local sustainability initiatives. We also support coastal conservation
through the adoption of Sullivan’s Island Beach as part of the Adopt-a-Beach program with the SC Office of
Ocean and Coastal Resource Management.
Vapor Apparel has been recognized by SGIA, Impressions Magazine, Wearables magazine, and ASI for
award winning product development, print quality and a commitment to the industry. Vapor Apparel was
named one of the top twenty fastest growing companies in Charleston in 2010 & 2011 as well as the state
of South Carolina for 2010.

Sublimation Certified:
Many of our garments are specifically engineered for the sublimation process. The
Sublimation Certified emblem means the color will work with a wide swatch of the
sublimation color gamut.
UPF+:
Vapor Apparel offers fabrics enhanced with built in sun protection to keep the
harmful impact of UV Rays from your covered skin.
