FOLLOW THiS 4-STEP PROcESS TO cONFiGURE YOUR ATV SPEciFic PLOW SYSTEM<br />
STEP 1<br />
cHOOSE A MOUNT<br />
There are two basic mount designs:<br />
The All-Mount <strong>and</strong> ATV-specific<br />
mounts. These sturdy brackets<br />
can be mounted to the middle of<br />
the ATV frame in minutes <strong>and</strong> are<br />
the only component left on the<br />
ATV when the plow, push tube,<br />
<strong>and</strong> lift system are detached. The<br />
design of these mounts does not<br />
prohibit normal maintenance such<br />
as changing the oil. Mount kits<br />
are available for almost every ATV<br />
model.<br />
ALL MoUNT<br />
This mount design provides an<br />
adjustable attachment method<br />
that will fit many, but not all ATVs.<br />
For machines that cannot use<br />
the All Mount kit, look to our ATV<br />
specific mount kits for a mount that<br />
will work.<br />

STEP 2<br />
ADD THE PUSH TUBE<br />
For under chassis mounts the<br />
choice of Push Tubes is very<br />
simple - 15-0001 is the only push<br />
tube choice. All push tubes are<br />
built of heavy duty 1-1/2” triangulated<br />
steel tubing designed for<br />
maximum strength <strong>and</strong> durability.<br />
The push tube features multiple<br />
blade angle positions <strong>and</strong> threeway<br />
adjustment at the cutting edge.<br />
Push tubes attach to the mount<br />
plate by sliding into “ears” on the<br />
mount plate where heavy duty<br />
quick pins secure the push tube<br />
to the mount.<br />

MANUAL LiFT KiT<br />

This manual lift kit attaches to the<br />
st<strong>and</strong>ard puSh tubes - 15-0001.<br />
As little as 25 lbs (13 kg) of effort<br />
is needed to lift the plow blade<br />
assembly. In the full up position<br />
the blade locks securely for safe<br />
operation. When you are done<br />
plowing, the manual lift comes off<br />
the machine as a part of the push<br />
tube assembly.<br />

A rocker switch (with relay)<br />
mounted to the h<strong>and</strong>le bar <strong>and</strong><br />
accessible from your driver’s seat<br />
lifts the blade system smoothly <strong>and</strong><br />
locks in position when the switch<br />
is released, Maximum lift capacity<br />
is 750 lbs, far greater than the<br />
heaviest weight of approximately<br />
150 lbs for the plow system alone.<br />
A strong 1” by 39” strap (with 2000<br />
lb break strength), attaches to the<br />
plow system safely.<br />

WiNCh LiFT<br />
Use your existing winch to raise <strong>and</strong><br />
lower your plow blade or choose<br />
one from our lineup of winches<br />
ranging from 1500 lbs to 4000 lbs.<br />
STEP 4<br />
cHOOSE A BLADE<br />
Plow blades come in a veriety<br />
of widths, heights <strong>and</strong> materials.<br />
Widths range from a 48” Bear Force<br />
straigth blade to a 72” V-Force<br />
blade. The st<strong>and</strong>ard plow height<br />
is 15-1/2”. The State Plow blade<br />
is angled up from 16” on one side<br />
to 24” on the other. Cycle Country<br />
Bear Force, State Plow <strong>and</strong> V-Force<br />
blades are made with rugged 12<br />
gauge steel. The X-Force blades<br />
are made with lightweight poly<br />
with RibCore technology that gives<br />
them excellent strength <strong>and</strong> durability.<br />
All blades feature a teflon texture<br />
powder coat paint that allows<br />
snow to roll off the plow like never<br />
before. Each plow comes with 3”<br />
double sided, replaceable wear bar.<br />
State Plow comes st<strong>and</strong>ard with a<br />
