RENTAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES<br />
<strong>Event</strong> <strong>Rents</strong> is here to serve you. We will do our best to<br />
make your event a success. Call one of our event specialists<br />
today to plan your next special event.<br />
Rental Rates are based on a one day period. For extended<br />
periods of use, special arrangements can be made. Equipment<br />
returned after the due date will be charged the daily<br />
rate until the equipment is returned. All charges are for<br />
time out, not time used.<br />
Payment of all fees should be made prior to the rental<br />
period. Deposits are required in advance to reserve<br />
equipment. Credit will be extended to pre-approved<br />
accounts only.<br />
Reservations should be made in advance to ensure the<br />
availability of equipment. Reservations make it possible<br />
for us to have your order checked, packaged and ready for<br />
delivery or pickup.<br />
Delivery service is available throughout Colorado.<br />
Delivery charges are based on distance traveled, labor<br />
and zip code.<br />
Delivery quotes are available upon request. Quotes are for<br />
first floor deliveries, to your door, dock or easily accessible<br />
areas. For deliveries to any other areas, there will be an<br />
additional charge.<br />
Delivery quotes do not include setup or breakdown. This<br />
service is also available for an additional charge.<br />

Our counts on all items must be accepted unless we are<br />
notified IMMEDIATELY. Please notify us at once if you<br />
receive any broken or damaged equipment.<br />
Pickup: All china, silver, glassware, utensils, etc. should be<br />
rinsed food free and re-packaged in transport containers<br />
prior to pickup. A charge will be assessed for all transport<br />
containers damaged or not returned.<br />
All breakage and loss charges are in addition to rental<br />
fees. China, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if<br />
returned chipped.<br />
If the equipment is not available for pickup at the agreed<br />
upon pickup time, additional charges may be incurred.<br />
Holiday and after hour pickups are available for an additional<br />
charge. This must be arranged prior to delivery.<br />
Cancellation and Changes: Please give us at least 48 hours<br />
notice for cancellations or changes to orders. We will make<br />
additions to your order if possible. A cancellation fee may<br />
be assessed on high demand or seasonal items.<br />
