OFF CAMPUS HOUSING LIST March 19, 2013 - Olds College

the move to Olds between May and July 2013 in order to give us all time to settle in before I
begin my school year.
We would be moving from Ontario, and are looking for something in the form of a long term
lease, either a one year contract (with the option to renew), or a "paid monthly" contract.
We are not interested in any adds listed as "room for rent." We are strictly looking for an
unfurnished apartment to call our own.
Requirements:
MUST be pet-friendly, or willing to accommodate pets, as we would have two medium
sized, VERY well behaved and completely house trained dogs coming with us. We are
willing to pay a bit more on the rent to allow our dogs, and/or put down a "pet deposit" of
some kind for them.
MUST have at least a fridge and stove, microwave/dishwasher not required, but willing
to work around if either is included.
Washer/dryer included would be fantastic, but we are willing to settle with just the hook
ups.
"Utilities Included" is not mandatory, but again would be an asset.
MUST have parking available for at least one vehicle. Possibly a second will be arriving
mid-summer. We are okay with street parking if only one "off road" spot is available.
Our preference is for a 3 bedroom with either 1.5 bath, or 2 full bathrooms, but are
willing to settle for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom if the size and price is right.
Preferably would like 1 or 2 "storage area" closets or some type for extra space for
storage.
Would prefer something located within a 10-15 minute drive of the College.
No other furnishings (besides fridge and stove) are required; we come with all our own
stuff.
Property doesn't necessary have to be an apartment. If any houses for rent meeting our
requirements and price range are available, we would be potentially interested as well.
Tenants are in early 20's, very neat, clean and responsible. Quiet, non-partiers who have
been renting an apartment in home province of Ontario. References available for all
tenants upon request.

move so far in advance only because moving across the country is a very big process! :)
Available: May 2013 or earlier. Willing to pay a few extra months of rent to hold the property
until our arrival, if the place is right.
Price: Preferably no more then $1000/month, but willing to go higher for the right place.
